Chapter 7: Fees

Section 1. Authority. The Board promulgates these rules according to authority granted by Wyoming Statute 33-37-105, 33-37-106 (c) and (f), and 33-37-110 (b).
Section 2. Statement of Purpose. These rules and regulations are adopted to implement the Board's authority to determine and collect reasonable fees in an amount to cover the cost of administration.
(a) Fees shall be payable in the exact amount for all services and shall be paid in advance of the services rendered.
(b) All fees collected by the Board are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
(c) Applications shall not be considered by the Board unless accompanied by the application fee.
Section 4. Fees. Services for which the Board charges a fee shall include but not be limited to the following fee schedule:
