(a) The board hereby establishes non-refundable fees in the amounts indicated, for the following:

| (vii) | New Shop or School license inspection | $100.00 |
| (viii) | New Mobile Shop inspection | $150.00 |
| (ix) | Change of Location of Inspection | $100.00 |
| (x) | Reopening inspection | $100.00 |
| (xi) | Barber school application | $150.00 |
| (xii) | Barber school license (annual) | $100.00 |
