§ 36-13-3

W. Va. Code § 36-13-3

Governing law; territorial application.

  1. (a) The law of this state governs any decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association that is formed in this state.
  2. (b) A decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association's governing principles shall identify the jurisdiction in which the decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association is formed.
