§ 36-13-18

W. Va. Code § 36-13-18

Member has no agency powers.

  1. (a) A member is not an agent of a decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association merely by reason of being a member.
  2. (b) A person's status as a member does not prevent or restrict laws other than this act from imposing liability on a decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association because of the member's conduct.
