1. (1) A school shall install fencing that is a minimum height of six feet tall around school playgrounds and outdoor areas where school sponsored activities may take place on campus grounds.
2. (2) Campus grounds, including school outdoor areas and playgrounds may be restricted from being accessed by the public during school hours or after hours as determined by the school.
