A school shall ensure that each classroom and large gathering areas are equipped with bleed kits and have access to a first aid kit within the school's office and gymnasium or anywhere school administrators deem as appropriate.

1. (1) A bleed kit shall include:

   1. (a) four C-A-T or SOF-T gen 5 or newer style tourniquets;
   2. (b) four compressed gauze;
   3. (c) four four inch emergency trauma dressings;
   4. (d) two Z-fold hemostatic gauze or equivalent;
   5. (e) one abdominal emergency trauma dressings;
   6. (f) four HyFin style vent chest seal twin pack;
   7. (g) two CPR microshields;

   8. (h) one two inch roll of surgical tape;

      1. (i) five pairs of large nitrile gloves;
   9. (j) one 5.25 inch or larger trauma shears;

   10. (k) two permanent markers; and

       1. (l) two survival blankets.

2. (2) A first aid kit shall at a minimum include the following basic medical supplies:

   1. (a) eyewash with eye pads and strip;
   2. (b) bandages;
   3. (c) alcohol wipes and hand sanitizer packets;
   4. (d) burn dressing;
   5. (e) cold pack;
   6. (f) conforming gauze roll;
   7. (g) one CPR face shield;

   8. (h) first aid tape;

      1. (i) petroleum jelly;
   9. (j) nitrile exam gloves;

   10. (k) sterile gauze pads;

       1. (l) scissors and tweezer;
   11. (m) trauma pads;
   12. (n) ammonia inhalant;
   13. (o) appendage splint; and
   14. (p) electrolyte liquid or glucose gel.
