The language adopted by the Securities and Exchange Commission in paragraph (c)(8) of Item 501 of Regulation S-K (17 Code of Federal Regulations §229.501) meets the requirements of the Act, §22.A(4)(b), and is approved for use on preliminary prospectuses in Texas.
