1. (a) This section does not apply to forms or fees required by §115.2 of this chapter (relating to Application Requirements), to be submitted electronically through the CRD System.
2. (b) Documents and fees submitted by applicants for finder registration or for dealer and agent registration may, at the option of the filer, be submitted electronically to the Securities Commissioner.
3. (c) Filings made and fees paid may be submitted electronically, as the Agency's system is developed to accept them.
4. (d) All electronic submissions of forms or fees must be made in accordance with the submission procedures set out on the Agency's website (www.ssb.texas.gov). Please check the Agency's website for a complete list of forms and fees that are currently being accepted electronically.
