The commissioner shall furnish approved forms of application, and other information to aid in the filing of the application. After the application and its supporting data have been received by the commissioner, he shall make or cause to be made an investigation of the application. The Savings and Loan Department hereby adopts by reference the application for charter, as amended in August 1985.
