The sections in this subchapter describe the procedures to be followed in contested cases arising under Government Code, Chapter 2001, with the exception of contested cases arising under Occupations Code, Chapter 2301, Sale or Lease of Motor Vehicles, or under Transportation Code, Chapter 503, Dealer's and Manufacturer's Vehicle License Plates, which are governed by 16 TAC Chapter 111. Except as provided in this subchapter, all contested cases shall be governed by the procedural rules of the State Office of Administrative Hearings.
