Job readiness activities are individual assistance or coordinated, planned, and supervised classes for participants to prepare them for seeking employment. Activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. (1) occupational exploration;
2. (2) job skills assessment;
3. (3) assistance with applications and resumes;
4. (4) job fairs;
5. (5) interviewing skills and practice interviews;
6. (6) life skills; or
7. (7) guidance and motivation for development of positive work attitudes and behaviors necessary for the labor market.
