1. (a) If Commission funds are used to purchase more than 30% of a vendor's licensed capacity, the vendor must establish and maintain a Parent Advisory Group.
2. (b) Vendors required to set up a parent advisory group must develop and implement written policies that describe the membership and functions of the Parent Advisory Groups. The Commission must approve the policies.
3. (c) The vendor must ensure that the Parent Advisory Group meets at least twice a year to address the concerns of the parents of enrolled children.
