- (a) The Board or its contractor shall review the assessed parents' share of cost for possible reduction if there are extenuating circumstances that jeopardize a family's self-sufficiency. The Board or its contractor may reduce the assessed parents' share of cost if warranted by these circumstances.
- (b) The Board or its contractor shall not waive parents' share of cost under any circumstances.
