1. (a) A school may have a director of education.

2. (b) If the school employs a director of education, the director shall meet the same qualifications as an instructor and, in addition, shall have:

   1. (1) one year of employment as a postsecondary instructor;
   2. (2) one year of supervisory employment experience; and
   3. (3) a bachelor's degree, appropriate for the skills required, as determined by the Agency.
