- (a) The purpose of this subchapter is to ensure accountability of Local Workforce Development Boards (boards) in meeting the needs of employers and jobseekers, ensure performance in reaching outcome measures, ensure adequate returns on state investments and support the state in achieving its goals.
- (b) This rule incorporates by reference the existing rule for the Job Training Partnership Act Program cited in §§805.170-805.196 of this title (relating to State Monitoring and Sanctions Policies).
