1. (a) Registration fee. A registration fee of $150 for certification in the GO TEXAN Rural Community program shall be paid to the department every two years.

2. (b) Procedure for renewal.

   1. (1) Licenses for authorization to use the Mark must be renewed every two years.
   2. (2) Thirty (30) days before the expiration date of the registration, the department shall mail to each Licensee a renewal application and statement setting forth the amount due as a registration fee.
   3. (3) All payments are due by the expiration date of the registration. Within 30 days of receipt by the department of the renewal application, and registration fee, the department will mail to the Licensee a renewal license agreement.
   4. (4) Failure to remit the renewal application and registration fee by the due date shall result in the licensee being designated as inactive. Failure to remit renewal application within 366 days of the due date shall result in the expiration of the license and a new application for certified membership or associate membership will be required for re-instatement to the program.
