1. (a) The following records of certified budwood purchases must be maintained by a certified citrus nursery for a minimum of four years:

   1. (1) Name and nursery floral certificate number of budwood producer/seller;
   2. (2) Date of each purchase; and
   3. (3) Variety name and number of buds purchased, per source tree, including identification number of each source tree.

2. (b) The following records of certified citrus nursery stock sales or distribution must be maintained by a certified citrus nursery for a minimum of four years:

   1. (1) Date of sale or distribution;
   2. (2) Name, address, and (if applicable) nursery floral registration certificate number of receiver; and
   3. (3) Number of trees sold or distributed, per variety name and budwood source tree identification number.

3. (c) For each mandatory treatment applied pursuant to §19.622 of this title (relating to Mandatory Treatment of Citrus Nursery Plants in the Citrus Zone), records shall be maintained by the nursery for four years following the last treatment date for a given lot of regulated articles. Required records for each mandatory treatment shall include, but are not limited to:

   1. (1) The lot numbers of plants treated;
   2. (2) The pesticides applied, including application dates;
   3. (3) EPA registration number of each product used;
   4. (4) Application rate and method of treatment; and
   5. (5) Name of applicator.
4. (d) The nursery shall make available all required records to the department upon request for inspection.
