- (a) For each citrus plant used in the production of budwood, the nursery shall maintain records of the source tree and budwood produced from that tree for a period not less than 4 years following production of the budwood. These records shall be made available for inspection by the department at any time during normal business hours, upon delivery of a written request by the department.
- (b) All citrus propagation and budding activities shall be recorded in a format approved by the department.
