- (a) When a person who holds a commission license or certificate is arrested, charged, or indicted for a criminal offense above the grade of Class C misdemeanor or for any Class C misdemeanor involving the duties and responsibilities of office or family violence, that person must report such fact to the commission in writing within 30 days, including the name of the arresting agency, the style, court, and cause number of the charge or indictment, if any, and the address to which notice of any commission action will be mailed.
- (b) A person to whom this section applies must also report to the commission the final disposition of the criminal action within 30 days of the effective date of the disposition.
- (c) A license holder must report any name change to the commission within 30 days.
- (d) The effective date of this section is March 1, 2001.
