- (a) All skills examination applicants who are under 18 years of age must complete the Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) program and obtain proof of ITTD program completion.
- (b) The ITTD program shall be completed after completion of Behind the Wheel driver education requirements and prior to taking the skills examination.
- (c) The proof of ITTD program completion must be provided to the department prior to administration of the skills examination and no later than ninety (90) days after program completion.
