- (a) All skills examination applicants who complete an approved parent taught or minor and adult driver education course must complete the Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) program and obtain proof of ITTD program completion.
- (b) The ITTD program shall be completed after completion of Behind the Wheel driver education requirements and prior to taking the skills examination.
- (c) The proof of ITTD program completion must be provided to the department prior to administration of the skills examination and no later than ninety (90) days after program completion.
