As used in rules and regulations adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Texas County and District Retirement System:

1. (1) the term "Act" means the Texas Government Code, Title 8, Subtitle F, as amended; and
2. (2) all other words, terms, and phrases as used in such rules and regulations shall have the meaning defined in the Act, unless the context plainly indicates a different meaning.
