Discovery Generally

The parties to a contested case may engage in any type of discovery authorized by the Texas Rules of Civil Procedures. The manner and procedure for engaging in such discovery shall be the manner and procedure specified in the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure or the Administrative Procedure and Texas Register Act, Article 6252-13a, whichever is applicable.
