A party may appeal the final decision of a division head by filing a petition for adjudicative hearing with the executive secretary within 45 days from the date the division head's final administrative decision is mailed. The petition should conform to the requirements of §43.12 of this title (relating to Form of Petitions and Other Pleadings).
