- (a) The Texas Recreation and Parks Account (TRPA) Grants Manual contains the standards and requirements for the application, evaluation and award of all grants made under this subchapter.
- (b) The Texas Recreation and Parks Account (TRPA) Grants Manual is adopted by reference and may be obtained by contacting the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department at 4200 Smith School Road, Austin, Texas, 78744; (512) 912-7124; or http://www.rec.grants@tpwd.state.tx.us.
