- (a) The Texas Recreation and Parks Account (TRPA) Grants Manual shall contain the standards and requirements for the application, evaluation and award of all grants made under this title.
- (b) The Texas Recreation and Parks Account (TRPA) Grants Manual is incorporated into this title by reference and copies of the current edition may be obtained at the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department offices at 4200 Smith School Road, Austin, Texas 78744, at a cost not to exceed the cost of publication and mailing.
