Board Meetings

The board shall meet at least once every other month on a day and a place within the state selected by it. The chairman or two board members may call a special meeting at any time by giving notice to the other members and other parties required by law to be notified of the meeting. All meetings are subject to the Open Meetings Act, Article 6252-17.
