1. (a) Each insurance carrier shall designate a person in Austin, Travis County, Texas as its representative to the Commission, to act as agent for receiving notice from the Commission.
2. (b) The designation required by this section shall be made in the form and manner prescribed by the Commission and contain the representative's name, address, telephone number, facsimile number and e- mail address.
3. (c) Any notice from the Commission, sent to the designated representative's Austin address, is notice from the Commission to the insurance carrier.
4. (d) A person designated under this rule continues as agent for the insurance carrier until 30 days after the Commission receives notice that the insurance carrier designates another representative.
