Any party may appear and be represented by an attorney at law authorized to practice law before the highest court of any state. This right may be expressly waived. Any person may appear on his own behalf, or by a bona fide full-time employee. A corporation, partnership, or association may appear and be represented by any bona fide officer, partner, or full-time employee.
