Any person may appear and be represented by an attorney at law authorized to practice law before the highest court of the State of Texas. This right may be expressly waived. Any person may appear on his own behalf, or by a bona fide full-time employee. A corporation, partnership or association may appear and be represented by any bona fide officer, partner or full-time employee.
