The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) Applicant--An individual who applies for licensure as a chiropractor.
2. (2) Board--The Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
3. (3) Board member--One of the appointed members of the decision-making body defined in this section as the board.
4. (4) Chiropractic Act-Occupations Code ch. 201.
5. (5) Examinee--An applicant who has been approved, admitted to, and/or has taken the examination given by the board.
