1. (a) The Board may only transfer an unexpired license that is issued under the Plumbing License Law and has been held continuously for at least fifty (50) consecutive years.

2. (b) The Board shall transfer a license to a person who:

   1. (1) meets the requirements set forth in §1301.406(a) of the Plumbing License Law; and

   2. (2) submits the following:

      1. (A) an application that complies with §1301.406(b) of the Plumbing License law;
      2. (B) the non-refundable application fee set forth in §361.6(a)(4)(F) of the Board Rules; and
      3. (C) a notarized Transfer of License Affidavit that is signed by the transferor or a valid will executed by the transferor.
3. (c) A transfer under this section may not take place before the date of the transferor's retirement or death.
