(a) The dean or director and faculty are accountable for complying with the Board's rules and regulations and the Nursing Practice Act.
(b) Rules for professional nursing education programs shall provide reasonable and uniform standards based upon sound educational principles that allow the opportunity for flexibility and creativity.
