- (a) The dean/director and faculty are accountable for complying with the Board's rules and regulations and the Nursing Practice Act.
- (b) Rules for professional nursing educational programs shall provide reasonable and uniform standards based upon sound educational principles that allow the opportunity for flexibility, creativity and innovation.
