- (a) An Interior Designer must use a seal that will produce a permanent facsimile of the seal, such as a rubber stamp, a decal, or a computer generated image, on any Construction Document that is intended for duplication or dissemination. An Interior Designer may not use an impression or embossing seal.
- (b) The design of the seal shall be an exact replica of the seal shown in this subsection and shall bear the words "Registered Interior Designer," "State of Texas," the name of the Interior Designer, and the Interior Designer's registration number.
