An assignment in a departmentalized classroom for Health, Grades 6-8, is allowed with one of the following certificates.

1. (1) All-Level Health and Physical Education.
2. (2) All-Level Physical Education.
3. (3) Bilingual Generalist: Early Childhood-Grade 6 (Grade 6 only).
4. (4) Core Subjects: Early Childhood-Grade 6 (Grade 6 only).
5. (5) Core Subjects with Science of Teaching Reading: Early Childhood-Grade 6 (Grade 6 only).
6. (6) Elementary Health.
7. (7) Elementary Health and Physical Education.
8. (8) Elementary Physical Education.
9. (9) Elementary Health (Grades 1-8).
10. (10) Elementary Health and Physical Education (Grades 1-8).
11. (11) Elementary Physical Education (Grades 1-8).
12. (12) English as a Second Language Generalist: Early Childhood-Grade 6 (Grade 6 only).
13. (13) Generalist: Early Childhood-Grade 6 (Grade 6 only).
14. (14) Grades 6-12 or Grades 6-8--Health.
15. (15) Grades 6-12 or Grades 6-8--Physical Education.
16. (16) Health: Early Childhood-Grade 12.
17. (17) Junior High School or High School--Health.
18. (18) Junior High School or High School--Health and Physical Education.
19. (19) Junior High School or High School--Physical Education.
20. (20) Physical Education: Early Childhood-Grade 12.
21. (21) Secondary Health (Grades 6-12).
22. (22) Secondary Physical Education (Grades 6-12).
