An assignment in a departmentalized classroom for Health, Grades 6-8, is allowed with one of the following certificates.

1. (1) All-Level Health and Physical Education.
2. (2) All-Level Physical Education.
3. (3) Bilingual Generalist: Early Childhood-Grade 6.
4. (4) Core/Fine Arts/Physical Education/Health with Science of Teaching Reading: Early Childhood-Grade 6.
5. (5) Core Subjects: Early Childhood-Grade 6.
6. (6) Core Subjects with Science of Teaching Reading: Early Childhood-Grade 6.
7. (7) Elementary Health.
8. (8) Elementary Health and Physical Education.
9. (9) Elementary Physical Education.
10. (10) Elementary Health (Grades 1-8).
11. (11) Elementary Health and Physical Education (Grades 1-8).
12. (12) Elementary Physical Education (Grades 1-8).
13. (13) English as a Second Language Generalist: Early Childhood-Grade 6.
14. (14) Generalist: Early Childhood-Grade 6.
15. (15) Grades 6-12 or Grades 6-8--Health.
16. (16) Grades 6-12 or Grades 6-8--Physical Education.
17. (17) Health: Early Childhood-Grade 12.
18. (18) Junior High School or High School--Health.
19. (19) Junior High School or High School--Health and Physical Education.
20. (20) Junior High School or High School--Physical Education.
21. (21) Physical Education: Early Childhood-Grade 12.
22. (22) Secondary Health (Grades 6-12).
23. (23) Secondary Physical Education (Grades 6-12).
