- (a) A licensed driver education school, driving safety school, course provider or drug and alcohol awareness school may not conduct business or advertise under a name that is deceptively similar to a name used by any other licensed driver education school, driving safety school, course provider or drug and alcohol awareness school, or tax-supported educational establishment in this state, unless specifically approved in writing by the executive director.
- (b) Use of names other than the approved school name may constitute a violation of this section.
- (c) Branch schools shall conduct business using the same name as the primary school.
- (d) All advertisements of a multiple classroom location or alternative delivery method shall meet the requirements listed above.
