If a person violates Chapter 20, Title 132, Revised Civil Statutes, Article 9034 (1999), or a rule, or order of the Executive Director or Commission relating to the Act, proceedings may be instituted to impose administrative sanctions and/or recommend administrative penalties in accordance with Article 9034 or the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 51 and 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 60 (1999) of this Title (relating to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation).
