If a person violates Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1304 or a rule, or order of the executive director or commission, proceedings may be instituted to impose administrative sanctions and/or administrative penalties or to deny a registration in accordance with Texas Occupations Code, Chapters 51 and 1304 and 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 60 (relating to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation).
