A person or entity that violates Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1302, or a rule, or order of the Executive Director or Commission relating to the Act, shall be subject to the imposition of administrative sanctions and/or administrative penalties in accordance with the Act or the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 51.
