All industrialized housing and buildings, modules, and modular components, shall be constructed in accordance with the following codes and their appendices:

1. (1) National Fire Protection Association--National Electrical Code, 1996 Edition; and

2. (2) either:

   1. (A) the Uniform Building Code, 1994 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials; the Uniform Mechanical Code, 1994 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials; and the International Plumbing Code, 1995 Edition, published by the International Code Council, and Building Officials and Code Administrators International, and International Conference of Building Officials and Southern Building Code Congress International; or
   2. (B) the Standard Building Code, 1994 Edition, published by the Southern Building Code Congress International; the Standard Plumbing Code, 1994 Edition, published by the Southern Building Code Congress International; the Standard Mechanical Code, 1994 Edition, published by the Southern Building Code Congress International; and the Standard Gas Code, 1994 Edition, published by the Southern Building Code Congress International.
