All industrialized housing and buildings, modules, and modular components, shall be constructed in accordance with the following codes and their appendices:

1. (1) National Fire Protection Association--National Electrical Code, 1999 Edition;

2. (2) either:

   1. (A) the Uniform Building Code, 1997 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials; or
   2. (B) the Standard Building Code, 1997 Edition, published by the Southern Building Code Congress International; and
3. (3) the International Fuel Gas Code, 1997 Edition, published by the International Code Council, the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, the International Conference of Building Officials, and the Southern Building Code Congress International; the International Plumbing Code, 1997 Edition, published by the International Code Council, the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, the International Conference of Building Officials, and the Southern Building Code Congress International; and the International Mechanical Code, 1998 Edition, published by the International Code Council, the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, the International Conference of Building Officials, and the Southern Building Code Congress International.
