An inspector, commissioned as provided in this subchapter, shall be entitled to another commission upon leaving the employment of the department and entering the employment of an inspection agency without examination, if the following requirements are met.

1. (1) The inspector is employed by the inspection agency within twelve (12) months from leaving the department;
2. (2) A Commission application and fee required under §65.300 are submitted to the department; and
3. (3) All other requirements have been met for obtaining a commission.
