If a person violates Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 51 or 2502, or a rule or order of the commission or executive director relating to the Act, proceedings may be instituted to impose administrative sanctions and/or administrative penalties in accordance with the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 51 or 2502, and 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 60 of this title (relating to the Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation).
