- (a) Chairman. The presiding officer as designated by the governor serves as the chairman of the Board. The chairman will preside at all meetings of the board. The chairman shall have the duty to generally direct, supervise, or control the business of the board and shall exercise such supervisory duties as may be required or given to him by the board from time to time.
- (b) Vice chairman. The vice chairman of the board shall have such powers and duties as may be assigned to him by the chairman and shall exercise the powers of the chairman during any time that the chairman is absent or unable to act.
- (c) Secretary. The secretary or his designee shall keep, or cause to be kept, the minutes of all meetings and a record of all actions of the governing board, and he or she shall attend to the giving and serving of all notices.
