All letters, documents, or other papers relating to housing bond reservations will be received only between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., and papers will not be received on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays established by law for state employees.
- (1) Papers may be delivered by hand to the executive director's office by personally delivering the papers to the possession of an employee designated to receive such papers by the executive director.
- (2) Papers delivered by mail will be considered as received by the executive director's office only upon their delivery to an employee of the executive director's office designated to receive such papers.
- (3) All papers relating to housing bond reservations will be stamped with the date of receipt by an employee authorized to do so by the executive director.
