- (a) A form prescribed and disseminated by the filing officer for use in filing a transition property notice is considered a standard form.
- (b) A document identifying itself as a transition property notice filing and that is not a standard form or a transition property notice filing that includes attachments or exhibits to the prescribed standard form is considered a nonstandard form.
- (c) A form prescribed and disseminated by the filing officer for use in requesting a search of the transition property notices and for obtaining certificates or copies of transition property notices is considered a standard form.
- (d) A request for a search of the transition property notices and for obtaining certificates or copies of transition property notices that is not made on a standard form or that attaches additional pages to the prescribed standard form is considered to be made on a nonstandard form.
