(a) Forms for transition property notice documents that conform to the requirements of this rule will be acceptable by the filing office.
(b) Forms prescribed and disseminated by the filing officer for use in requesting a search of the transition property notices and for obtaining certificates or copies of transition property notices will be acceptable by the filing office.
