1 Tex. Admin. Code § 81.112
Not later than the 10th day after the date of the regular filing deadline for candidates' applications the county chair shall file with the SOS a complete list of candidates, including the name of the candidate, the office sought, and the amount of the filing fee paid (or a notation that the candidate filed a petition in lieu of a filing fee). (Note: The amount of filing fees paid must equal the amount reported on the Final Cost Report. If any additions or deletions are made to the list of candidates, after being filed with the SOS, a supplemental list of candidates must be filed with the SOS, the county clerk and the state chair.) If the List of Candidates and Filing Fees are not timely filed with the SOS, it may cause a delay and/or errors in the processing payment from the SOS.
